Getting to Know Me

As a lifetime athlete, I have always strived to push my body to perform to its max. I started off playing soccer from the age of 5 and played travel as well as varsity for my high school. While I was I studying for my B.S. in Community Health, I joined my college powerlifting club, competing in meets, and even finishing first while earning a personal best total of 1075 lbs, weighing in at 163 lbs. I currently compete as a mixed martial artist, holding an orange patch in Muay Thai as well as a blue belt in Brazilian Jui-Jitsu. Today, my training consists of explosive barbell movements, long-distance cardio sessions and MMA specific functional training.

Programs offered

Below is a list of the programs and coaching services I offer. Each program is designed by myself and is given the full effort to maximize the results for the specific goal whether it be strength, cardio, etc. All my programs are designed to keep all athletes in mind so I've made sure the programs auto-regulate intensity to the individual.
